How can climate action, nature, and economic opportunity reinforce one another? This question framed much of the discussion at DAI's London Climate Action Week event and prompted a thoughtful discussion about how climate investments can deliver resilient livelihoods while supporting biodiversity, coastal communities, and Indigenous Peoples. Drawing on practical lessons from  from the DAI-implemented COAST Facility, The Global Centre on Biodiversity for Climate, and Climate Ambition Support Alliance projects, participants explored how UK funding can better align with sustainable local financing initiatives, how international climate negotiations under the UNFCCC connect with country-level priorities, and how climate investments can deliver inclusive outcomes in practice.
