Flexible, demand-driven technical assistance delivers both quick results and lasting institutional impact.   Last month in Kigali, partners and stakeholders came together to mark the close of the Rwanda Technical Assistance Facility (RTAF), a five-year @Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office–funded project supporting the Government of Rwanda to strengthen governance, improve public financial management, and accelerate delivery of national priorities.   From advancing national planning to strengthening decentralisation, revenue mobilisation, and data systems, RTAF shows what can be achieved when technical assistance is aligned with government priorities and delivered in close partnership.   By bringing together local and international expertise and embedding support within institutions, RTAF has delivered results that last beyond the life of the project.   #Governance #TechnicalAssistance #PublicFinance #Rwanda #FCDO
