New Chapter: Thrilled to Join Pedersen & Partners I’m excited to share that I’ve joined Pedersen & Partners as a Client Partner, based in Houston. Pedersen & Partners is a leading global Executive Search and Leadership Consulting firm, with 56 wholly owned offices in 50 countries across Europe, the Middle East, Africa, Asia, and the Americas. I’m honored to be part of such a collaborative, values-driven team—and to support clients across the firm’s global footprint. Over the past 15+ years, I’ve had the opportunity to support leadership hiring across a wide range of growth scenarios—helping build new business units, scale executive teams, and drive market expansion across North America and Asia. Having also served as a CHRO and VP of People, I’ve seen firsthand how talent strategy ties directly to business outcomes—and how the right leaders shape culture, clarity, and momentum.
