The orange trees are in bloom in beautiful Greece 🇬🇷 🍊 You can feel them before you see them — the fragrance is everywhere. And it made me think… growth is exactly like that: you don’t always see it immediately, but when the foundations are right — discipline, mindset, consistency — it starts spreading, quietly… until it becomes impossible to ignore. Visiting our Greek colleagues and friends together with Karolien Berger , we had the pleasure to close a full week with truly productive discussions. We explored how we can better support our agents from Head Office level, so they can further elevate the way they support and serve our clients. We challenged ourselves on ambitions, ideas, better tools that will suport us soon, what would help them more, and where we can create even stronger impact together. And one thing became very clear: there is still a lot of potential to be unlocked and valorised! A lot!! And just like those orange trees… the potential is already there.
