We joined leaders and innovators at the Norway India Business Days in Oslo, organized by Norway India Chamber of Commerce and Industry, to explore how together we can drive greater impact across innovation, technology, AI, and the energy transition. 🌍 On Day 1, Beatrice Lippus, our SVP & Head of Operations, Europe joined the plenary to share perspectives on the opportunities within the Norway-India corridor. Drawing on the analogy of the Indian meal "sadhya," she highlighted how diversity of thought, pragmatism, and cultural exchange can strengthen collaboration and create impact far beyond the corridor. On Day 2, discussions continued across two breakout sessions. In the AI and Cybersecurity: Building Innovative Partnerships session, we shared our Embracing Intelligence approach: the belief that AI creates the greatest impact when combined with human expertise and deep domain knowledge. We also highlighted how this plays out in practice, where domain expertise combined with AI is improving lifecycle support, simplifying documentation, and enabling trusted, scalable delivery. The second session, Norwegian Solutions Powering India's Green Transition, focused on how Norwegian and Indian strengths can accelerate the future of energy. Espen Berg, our Managing Director, Cyient Norway, shared perspectives on the opportunities ahead, spanning hydrogen and carbon capture, plant engineering, product engineering, technical documentation, and AI-enabled operations. The discussion reinforced the value of cross-border collaboration in advancing the energy transition.
