Most companies are racing to add AI to their engineering workflows. A wrong call can ground a fleet or compromise a mission. Intelligence without it isn't progress. It's liability. Rajendra Kumar Patro, our Senior Vice President and Global Delivery Head – Aerospace & Defense, has navigated over two decades of what he calls 'phases of confusion' in aerospace, where every new wave of technology makes engineers wonder: does my experience still matter?
