Last week, the Symposium on Human-Computer Interaction for Work (CHIWORK) was held in Linz, Austria. Our researcher Marios Constantinides represented CYENS across three accepted papers, with one receiving a 🏆 Best Paper Honorable Mention.   The award-winning paper, "If You're Very Clever, No One Knows You've Used It": The Social Dynamics of Developing Generative AI Literacy in the Workplace*, was co-authored by Qing Xia, Marios Constantinides, Advait Sarkar, Duncan Brumby, Anna Cox (also CYENS Affiliate), bringing together CYENS, Microsoft Research, and UCL Interaction Centre (UCLIC).   The other two papers presented at #CHIWORK2026 were: • *Confidence Without Competence in AI-Assisted Knowledge Work* (with Elena Eleftheriou and George Pallis), in collaboration with University of Cyprus. • *AI Disclosure with DAISY* (with Yoana Ahmetoglu and Anna Cox from UCL Interaction Centre (UCLIC), in collaboration with UCL Interaction Centre.   Together, these contributions advance research on AI literacy, responsible AI, human-AI interaction, and the future of work, reflecting CYENS' commitment to developing human-centred AI technologies.   Congratulations to all collaborators on this recognition!   #CYENS #CHIWORK2026 #FutureOfWork #HumanAIInteraction #ResponsibleAI #AILiteracy #HCI
