The client, a leading hotel distribution technology platform, needed a consistent, real-time booking experience across every distribution channel, along with an efficient way to manage availability, rates, and inventory across OTAs, wholesalers, and tour operators. Manual updates made it harder to keep inventory and pricing accurate across channels, increasing effort and the risk of errors. We built a configurable channel management system connecting the reservation system to distribution channels through standardized APIs, with automated real-time ARI synchronization, push and pull delivery, and retry mechanisms.
