Vincenzo Ferrini has been appointed Associate Director, Transaction Solutions, Italy at Gallagher, joining the firm's growing Private Equity and M&A practice in Milan. Vincenzo joins from Howden, where he served as Client Manager, M&A Italy, following a role as M&A Broker at Aon. Earlier in his career, he spent three years at White & Case, progressing from Trainee Lawyer to Associate Lawyer and building experience across corporate and transactional matters.
