Mathias Pillin has been appointed Chief Technology Officer at Bosch, where he will lead the newly established Chief Technology Office to accelerate innovation and strengthen alignment between technology development and business strategy. The global engineering and technology company is reinforcing its focus on market ready innovation across mobility, industrial technology, consumer goods, and energy solutions. Mathias has been with Bosch for over a decade, most recently serving as Chief Technology Officer at Bosch Mobility and member of the sector board. Prior to that, he was President and CEO of Cross Domain Computing Solutions, President of Chassis Systems, and Executive Vice President for Powertrain Electrification and Batteries. Earlier in his Bosch career, he led the Car Multimedia business unit, building deep expertise across electrification, software defined vehicles, and advanced automotive technologies. His appointment reflects Bosch’s push to accelerate next generation technology development and scale innovation across divisions.
