Emma Furniss has been appointed Chief People Officer at Ayvens, effective 1 June 2026, joining the executive committee to lead the company’s global people strategy. The mobility and fleet management company is prioritizing organizational transformation, leadership capability, and culture as it continues to scale its international operations. Emma will join from Philips, where she has spent more than a decade in progressively senior HR leadership roles. Most recently, leading people strategy for the Precision Diagnosis and Health Systems businesses, after overseeing learning and talent innovation, HR for innovation and strategy, and strategic HR programs across global teams. Earlier in her career, she worked in strategy consulting at Booz and Company, building a foundation in organizational transformation and operating model design.
