Trust between providers and payers is increasing. Aetna, a CVS Health Company's latest Provider Survey found the average trust score is now 6.1 out of 10, up from 5.4 last quarter.   Providers also pointed to where the work continues: reducing time spent on administrative tasks like prior authorizations and improving real-time data sharing so clinical teams have more time for patient care.
