Five generations of Zersens have called Concordia home, and Aiden didn't know it until he became a student here himself. His connection goes back to 1891, when his great great grandfather, Fred Zersen, enrolled as one of the school's first 66 students. Since then, the Zersen family has included Lutheran pastors, an engineering pioneer known as "Mr. Light," a Concordia dean, and a college soccer coach. Each one carried forward a calling shaped by faith and formed right here. Aiden plans to study business and play soccer, following in his father's footsteps.
