Happy International Women’s Day! This week, we took the time to ask the women in our team what IWD truly means to them. Studying and working in a male-dominated environment comes with many challenges, but we recognise that CMT would not be the team it is today without the strength, resilience and dedication of all the women in our history. As a team, we endeavour to continue to support, encourage and guide more Women in STEM, especially as the motorsport industry continues to expand and develop. This International Women’s Day, we celebrate women as leaders, engineers, data analysts, business professionals, and so much more, who push against limitations and challenge the status quo, to redefine the motorsport industry!
