Cyber risk doesn’t sit in one team. It’s shared - from the boardroom to every colleague 🔐   At London Tech Week, our Director of Transformation, Philippa Smith (Ruchniewicz), joined leaders from Department for Science, Innovation and Technology and Travis Perkins to discuss how retailers should respond to a rapidly evolving threat landscape. The message was simple: focus on what matters and make security part of everyday behaviour. Move away from long policies and towards real awareness, practical training and putting people at the core 💬   It’s also about thinking beyond protection.
