Our new Technical Academy at the Newark Repair Centre is now officially open and we’re excited to welcome colleagues into this purpose‑built space 🚀 The room is fully equipped with real products, real scenarios and the tools our Home Delivery and Repair teams need to develop their technical skills ✅ From installing TVs to repairing washing machines, fridges and electric cookers, the Academy mirrors real home environments — giving colleagues the chance to learn, practise and build confidence in a safe, supportive setting 🔧 Phil Knowles, our Head of Continuous Improvement & Skills Development shared why this matters so much to the team: “Having this dedicated training facility in Newark is a huge step forward.
