Nearly 300 of our General Managers. One location. One collective moment. 🏁 Recently, we brought our General Manager Academy to Silverstone, and it was something special! Since launching in 2024, the programme has delivered more than 9,000 hours of learning to leaders across our stores, reflecting our continued investment in developing leadership across the business. But gathering everyone together in person for the first time took things to a different level entirely. Because there's a difference between developing leaders and developing leadership. Individual capability matters, but leadership is strengthened through shared experiences, fresh perspectives and learning from one another. That's exactly what made this event so impactful. The event gave our leaders the opportunity to pause, reflect and reset before heading back to their teams with new ideas, renewed energy and a shared ambition for what comes next.
