Starting without a playbook, he worked to bring colleagues together, build trust and create a network that continues to drive awareness, connection and action across our business. Through initiatives including Embrace Talks, reverse mentoring, sharing circles and cultural celebration days, Ian has helped create opportunities for colleagues to be heard, learn from one another and foster a stronger sense of belonging.
