When Ellen joined our Ashford store in April 2025, retail and tech were completely new to her. What she did bring was a passion for helping others and a willingness to learn and that’s exactly what helped her thrive! 🌱 Her journey began at our Fort Dunlop training centre, where she spent dedicated time building product knowledge, practising customer conversations and gaining the confidence she needed to hit the ground running. 💪 Back in store, Ellen continued to grow quickly. With support from her managers and peers, she developed strong commercial awareness, built operational understanding and showed a natural curiosity that set her apart. Today, she leads the Computing category, supporting colleagues, driving performance and sharing best practice with other stores. As part of her growth and development she has been on the Amazing Managers Programme which has taught her how to lead through others, strengthened her operational capability and enabled her to better connect with other colleagues across the region.
