How are Scotland's workplaces shaping the future of work? That's the question behind the BCO Annual Conference 2026 in Edinburgh and Glasgow on 17-18 June. This year's theme, The Festival of Enlightenment, brings together people from across the office sector to share ideas, challenge assumptions and make new connections. Through keynote sessions, workshops and office tours, delegates will explore what's next for workplaces, cities and the people who use them. Tours include four BCO National Award winners from the past three years. The programme covers topics such as retrofit, sustainability and changing tenant needs.
