At Curaden, our mission is to empower people to improve their oral health and, as a result, support their overall health and wellbeing. As part of our employee induction plan, we invite new team members to take part in iTOP training, an introduction to Individually Trained Oral Prophylaxis and one of the cornerstones of the Curaden Academy. During the session, our colleagues explore the importance of biofilm management, personalised oral hygiene routines, prevention-focused techniques and the Touch-to-Teach approach. Because oral health matters for everyone, this training is not only for those working directly with customers or dental professionals. It reflects the importance of democratising this empowerment, making oral health knowledge, skills and motivation accessible to all.
