Values aren't words on a wall - they're decisions in action, guideposts for best practices and they live at the heart of everything we do, from how we serve our customers to how we develop our leaders. This month marked the culmination of our Leadership Masterclass, an opportunity for nominated Culligan teammates from around the world to come together and grow, in the spirit of One Culligan. The nine-month program challenges participants to think differently, equips them with new tools, and meaningfully focuses on self-awareness, coaching, real-world applications and purpose. They engage in programs with our partners at Ezra and The Wharton School, and at its culmination, participants articulate their personal leadership purpose, drawing parallels to Culligan and in the spirit of accountability, clearly define commitments to embrace in their daily roles. All 14 participants came to Chicago to celebrate their growth and enjoy a fireside chat with our CEO, Scott Clawson, who shared perspectives on values and what great leadership looks in today's world.
