Someone who takes pride in doing things properly, loves solving problems, and can build the systems, processes and tools that help our store teams do their best work. This is a role for a detail-obsessed operator who enjoys being close to stores, understands the commercial realities of retail, and is excited by the opportunity to use technology and automation to make work simpler, smarter and more effective.
