Cubicle Solutions Inc. is GROWING!! #hiring #AccountManager CSI has been a staple in New England for the commercial furniture world for almost 25 years. In 2024, we expanded into the Tampa, FL market and have been growing and thriving ever since. We're now looking to bring on an experienced Account Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate blends exceptional relationship-building skills with a strong background in commercial interiors, or construction project coordination. Qualifications: A minimum 3 years of work experience in the commercial interiors industry with strong practical knowledge of commercial furnishings. Proven experience in account management, project management, and customer service within a construction, interiors, or furniture-related environment. The ability to manage multiple projects of varying size and complexity, simultaneously. Proficiency with the use of Microsoft Office, Google Workspace/Google Drive, and the overall comfort with learning new software programs. IQ Coordinator experience is a plus! Must be highly organized, and possess strong problem-solving and negotiation skills. Responsibilities Include: Overseeing client accounts, and ensuring that projects are delivered on-time, within budget, and in-line with the customer's aesthetic and functional goals. Building and maintaining relationships with dealerships and end-users through trust, respect, and clear communications- both written and oral. Coordinating with the receiving and scheduling departments to manage product receipt at our warehouse, as well as delivery and installations at client sites. Monitoring logistics and timelines while proactively addressing issues and mitigating risks to keep projects on track.
