We did something the industry rarely does. We mapped what patients actually search for against the trials that exist to study it. Not prevalence, not registrations, but real demand, the signal almost no one tracks. Two ends of the same market: → Pregnancy & perinatal: 88k searches, 4 trials → Blood cancers: 324k searches, 305 trials 𝗣𝗿𝗲𝗴𝗻𝗮𝗻𝗰𝘆 𝗰𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝗿𝘂𝗻𝘀 𝗮𝘁 𝗿𝗼𝘂𝗴𝗵𝗹𝘆 𝟮𝟮,𝟬𝟬𝟬 𝘀𝗲𝗮𝗿𝗰𝗵𝗲𝘀 𝗽𝗲𝗿 𝗮𝘃𝗮𝗶𝗹𝗮𝗯𝗹𝗲 𝘁𝗿𝗶𝗮𝗹. Blood cancers run at about 1,000. One area is served. The other is wide open. And pregnancy is not the only gap. Several high-demand areas in Poland sit on a fraction of the trial activity their search volume would justify. The full ranking across all 23 areas is in the report. Some of this is structural. Trials in pregnancy carry real ethical and regulatory limits. But a 20× difference in search pressure per trial is not all caution. Some of it is simply unserved.
