Among Poland's clinical trial investigators, nearly half have run exactly one. The experience curve is steep: → 46% have run a single trial → 26% have run two or three → only 3% have run more than 20 The easy takeaway: find the veterans, send everything their way. But a PI running dozens of trials at once isn't depth. It's a bottleneck. Stretched attention, more delegation, less time per patient. 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗹 𝗷𝗼𝗯 𝗶𝘀𝗻'𝘁 𝗹𝗼𝗮𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘂𝗽 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗳𝗲𝘄 𝗮𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝘁𝗼𝗽. 𝗜𝘁'𝘀 𝗴𝗿𝗼𝘄𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗲𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲𝗱 𝗺𝗶𝗱𝗱𝗹𝗲. That's capacity that doesn't hinge on a few overbooked names. What actually helps a second-time investigator become a tenth-time one? Curious to hear your perspective. 👇 🌍 We are CTIN → Clinical Trials Information Network 💡 We bridge Europe's clinical research ecosystem 🔍 Follow us for data-driven clinical research insights 🤝 Share if you support more inclusive research across Europe #ClinicalTrials #ClinicalResearch #Feasibility
