These speakers represent leading approaches to advancing sustainable, circular, and digitally enabled chemistry, setting the scientific tone for our summit. Katalin Barta (University of Graz) Focuses on lignin catalysis, enabling the conversion of biomass waste into high value chemicals and addressing a key challenge in building a bio based circular economy. • 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐟. 𝐁𝐚𝐫𝐭𝐨𝐬𝐳 𝐆𝐫𝐳𝐲𝐛𝐨𝐰𝐬𝐤𝐢 (UNIST) Develops algorithmic and robotic synthesis strategies that underpin autonomous laboratories and accelerate chemical discovery through data driven design. • 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐟. Alexei Lapkin (University of Cambridge) Works on sustainable reaction engineering, integrating process design, digital tools, and lifecycle thinking to make chemical production more efficient and scalable. • 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐟. 𝐅𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐤 𝐑𝐨𝐬𝐨𝐰𝐬𝐤𝐢 (BASF, TU Berlin) Advances heterogeneous catalysis at the interface of academia and industry, improving robustness and sustainability in large scale chemical manufacturing. • 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐟.
