Happy National Roofing Week! To celebrate, we asked Chad Morgan how he got into the roofing industry and why he stayed: "I got my start in waterproofing where I spent a few years learning the business. From there I transitioned into roofing, and I worked in operations, estimating, and sales, which gave me a better understanding of the challenges contractors face every day. In 2014, I joined CSL Materials. I love building relationships, solving problems, and helping others succeed. No two days are the same, and that's something I've always enjoyed. What keeps me in this industry is being able to help people. I get joy out of finding a solution to a difficult problem, or helping someone succeed. The roofing industry has given me the opportunity to work with incredible people throughout my career. That's what keeps me coming back every day."
