Get to know Daniel Dodd, our North Texas Region Director of Sales! We asked him how he got into the industry, and why he's stayed: "Heading into college, I was convinced I wanted to become an architect. In true high school fashion, though, I accidentally enrolled in the Construction Science program within the College of Architecture instead. Rather than switching majors, I decided to embrace the opportunity, and it turned out to be one of the best decisions I could have made. After graduating, I spent several years working for a general contractor before joining a roofing company, where I learned the trade from the ground up. Those experiences gave me a strong foundation in the construction industry and ultimately led me to CSL Materials. Over the past nine years at CSL Materials, I've found that what truly makes this the best job in the world is the people. I enjoy meeting new customers, helping them succeed in their roles, and building relationships that last well beyond a single project. I'm also incredibly fortunate to work alongside what I believe is the best team in the industry. The knowledge, dedication, and support of my coworkers make CSL Materials a place I'm proud to be part of every day."
