What can we learn from the cleanest air in the world? After 50 years of collecting samples at the Kennaook/Cape Grim Air Pollution Station in partnership with the Bureau of Meteorology, scientists have a clear picture of how our global atmosphere has changed over time. The results carry both a warning and a message of hope. š Greenhouse gases like CO2 have risen consistently over five decades. š Ozone-destroying CFCs were climbing ā until the world came together to ban them, and the levels dropped.
