New technologies are changing how we generate and use energy, and the opportunities emerging for CS Energy's Retail customers are enormous. Our Customer Energy Resources Operations Analyst Tim Owen works with our large commercial and industrial business customers who have high energy loads to identify how their energy resources - such as solar inverters, batteries, and generators - can support the power grid and unlock financial benefits. "My work contributes to the planning and development of our Virtual Power Plant (VPP) infrastructure," Tim said. "I also explore how flexible energy loads can be adjusted to reduce peak demand. "By centrally controlling and coordinating these assets for our customers, we can enhance grid stability while lowering energy costs."
