A big congratulations to Lorna Perrett, Document Management Officer at Callide Power Station, on being recognised with a 2026 Pride of Workmanship Award by Rotary Club of Biloela. Lorna's dedication, professionalism, and strong work ethic was recognised by her peers at Callide, who nominated her for the award as she embodies the Rotary theme of ‘Do It Once, Do It Well – Build A Better Australia’. A quiet achiever, Lorna is known for her attention to detail and commitment to supporting her colleagues, playing an important role in keeping things running behind the scenes – her work directly impacts safety, compliance, and operational excellence; even if most of it happens quietly in the background, she makes a real difference at Callide, every day. This award is a well-deserved recognition of the pride Lorna takes in her work and in being part of the team at Callide power station, as well as the positive impact she has on our team and wider community.
