⚙️ Reliability is never accidental. In advanced electronics, it is built decision by decision: through material choices, supplier qualification, process design, testing, and validation long before production begins. 🧩 That was the challenge facing MPS Micro Precision Systems AG as it developed a new production line for semiconductor inspection components. In a highly regulated environment, performance must be understood early and proven clearly. ✅ CSEM worked with MPS to reduce uncertainty before scale-up. Together, the teams studied potential failure mechanisms, qualified materials and suppliers, supported assembly development, and helped define the quality controls needed for long-term reliability. As MPS noted, this work helped “reduce uncertainty early” and reinforced the reliability built into the production process from the start.
