Last Friday marked the Crowe DACH Meeting 2026 in Lucerne. ๐Ÿ‡จ๐Ÿ‡ญ RWT was represented by Daniel Wernicke, Claudia Haege, Yvonne Auer, Martina Henning and Silke Benecke, joining colleagues from Austria, Switzerland, Liechtenstein and the Netherlands. The event featured insightful discussions on current tax developments, including permanent establishment risks in remote work settings, as well as broader cross-border and regulatory topics. Our colleague Claudia Hรคge contributed with an insightful presentation on Global Mobility and cross-border case studies, while Yvonne Auer shared insights on intra-Community supply and triangular transactions and Martina Henning on recent case law on transfer pricing. The exchange of diverse perspectives once again highlighted the strength of our international network and the value of collaboration across borders. ๐Ÿค We would like to thank Balmer-Etienne AG for hosting us. #CroweGlobal #wearecrowe #RWTbesserberaten
