Not every important project is large-scale or highly visible. In Vlachovice, we completed the upgrade of an existing pedestrian crossing with a new traffic signal system. The project involved the construction of a power supply connection, installation of a traffic signal controller, erection of two signal poles and underground cable installation using a trenchless crossing beneath the road. Although this was a relatively small project, its impact is significant. The new traffic signal system contributes to improved pedestrian safety, particularly in the vicinity of the local school, where safe road crossing is especially important.
