People see the white coat. We got to see everything it took to earn it. This year, our friend and co-host, ššæ. Jazmin Gibson, earned not one, but two incredible milestones: her MD and her MPH, before matching into Emergency Medicine at Conemaugh. And somehow, in the middle of all of that, she still helped us build ššæš¶šš¶š°š®š¹ šš¼š»šš²šæšš®šš¶š¼š»š. Countless meetings, late nights, edits, and ideas. This project simply wouldn't be what it is without her. Now... we'd be lying if we said we agreed with all of her life decisions. Like thinking wearing a fanny pack to the hospital is appropriate. (šš'š§š šØš©šš”š” ššŖšššš£š š®š¤šŖ. š) Or insisting cat strollers should be normalized. (šæš¤š£'š© ššØš š¤¦š½āāļø) But those quirks are exactly what make Jazmin... Jazmin. (Ahem.) ššæ. šš¶šÆšš¼š» šŖš¾š©š¾āāļø You've worked hard. You stayed the course. You never gave up. Every exam, every setback, every sacrifice led to this moment. We are unbelievably proud of you, and we know you're going to make an incredible emergency physician. šš»š± šš¼ š²šš²šæš š»š²š š¶š»šš²šæš» ššš®šæšš¶š»š“ šæš²šš¶š±š²š»š°š šš¼š±š®š: Give yourself grace.
