Bye, dear #WarsawTeam! 🙋🏼‍♀️✨ Andrea (from the first photo below) and I are back home in Cluj-Napoca, carrying so much gratitude with us. The weekend just started and I want to share my joy and a few moments captured in these photos after a week in Warsaw, Poland, at our site factory where we manufacture #bogies for some of Europe’s key projects. What a week… truly inspiring! It was a pleasure to work side by side with colleagues across functions: Supply Chain (MPs), Procurement (Buyers), PRSCL, global SDPM, Industrialization, Quality, CCMT, and the regional Europe team. Together, we learned what #planning truly means, how powerful cross-functional collaboration can be, how to prioritize projects effectively and especially how to respond better during #crisisperiods while managing #criticalsuppliers. The week may be ending, but a truly valuable chapter is just beginning for all of us — a #worldwide collaboration. #TogetherWeMove
