I couldn't help not sharing the insights from this heavyweight panel we did the other week to set the tone for 2023 and inspire hotels on on best practices from investment funds, hotel management and tech innovators to grow revenue but move towards profit management. 📢 Maximizing Total Revenue and the spend of each guest goes hand in hand with personalization, making efforts to know the purchase intention of each client and being able to recommend the services that the client is likely to buy. 📢There is a deeper layer of profitability that resides at asset management level in a way that must involve all departments in order to take advantage of the different streams of revenue that we have within the hotel. 📢 The F&B department is playing a key role together with the Revenue Management team to apply revenue and profit management in F&B. 📢 When 4/5 of travellers choose sustainability as an important factor, it is not surprising that this affects their purchasing choices and impacts hotel revenue. 📢 The perception of our brands which reaches our guest and the personalization, is what in the end will dictate the Revenue potential and the profitability that we can get from each one of our guests.
