🏗️What does it take to bring a 15,820 m² timber-hybrid project to life? Last week, Wojciech (Voitek) Niedzwiedz and Michael Kamenik from the CREE Team visited our Network Partners in Toronto and Kingston to experience the progress of one of Canada’s flagship timber-hybrid developments firsthand. From the production facilities to the construction site, the visit showcased the power of collaboration across the entire value chain. Highlights from the visit: ➡️Factory tours at CUBE Building Systems and Anchor Concrete Products Limited, where key prefabricated building components are manufactured ➡️A site visit to 1925 Victoria Park, where foundation works are progressing, geothermal probes are installed, and the tower cranes are now in place ➡️Valuable exchanges with Well Grounded Real Estate, Serotiny Group, and all project partners driving this development forward Projects like 1925 Victoria Park in Toronto demonstrate that successful industrialized construction is built on strong partnerships, shared expertise, and a common commitment to quality.
