As part of Asian American Native Hawaiian Pacific Islander Heritage Month, Design Director Sangbum Kim and Account Executive Suju Park hosted a DIY kimchi class! They walked us through the long history of kimchi, its influence in Korean and now American culture, and the various ways you can make and use it. They then made three of their favorite family recipes and served them with soju, plus Korean beer and snacks. This 360° immersion into their culture had us all planning our own kimchi-making projects this weekend. #AANHPIMonth #AANHPI
