After 30 years in the games industry, I'm excited to announce the next chapter of my career. I've had the privilege of working with some amazing teams on games such as BLACK, Burnout, Need for Speed, and many others. Those experiences have shaped the way I think about making games and ultimately inspired me to start my own studio. Today I'm proud to announce the launch of CXD Games. CXD stands for Creativity × Design – a philosophy I believe is at the heart of building truly unique, innovative, and fun experiences for players.
