𝐇𝐞𝐚𝐝 𝐨𝐟 𝐈𝐧𝐟𝐨𝐫𝐦𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐒𝐞𝐜𝐮𝐫𝐢𝐭𝐲 We are supporting the recruitment of a 𝐇𝐞𝐚𝐝 𝐨𝐟 𝐈𝐧𝐟𝐨𝐫𝐦𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐒𝐞𝐜𝐮𝐫𝐢𝐭𝐲 to join a knowledge‑based organisation operating in a regulated, digital environment. In this role, you will be responsible for 𝐞𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐛𝐥𝐢𝐬𝐡𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐫𝐮𝐧𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐨𝐫𝐠𝐚𝐧𝐢𝐬𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧’𝐬 𝐢𝐧𝐟𝐨𝐫𝐦𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐜𝐲𝐛𝐞𝐫 𝐬𝐞𝐜𝐮𝐫𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐬𝐞𝐭𝐮𝐩. This includes developing a security strategy and executing on the roadmap. you will be building governance structures, and translating regulatory requirements (NIS2) into practical policies, processes and ways of working. You will be heading the ISO27001 certification, implementing an ISMS and secure proper training of collegues and management. You will work hands‑on with risk management and security frameworks  establishing a clear risk framework, preparing decision‑ready material for management, and supporting the organisation in making informed, risk‑based choices. The role is a individual contributor, the position is based out of Copenhagen and travel activity must be expected in the range of 30 days a year.
