Last week, Professor Dale Pinto FCPA (Aust.), President and Chair of the Board of CPA Australia; together with Nicklaus Wee, Country Manager Singapore Division, engaged with stakeholders from tertiary and academic institutions across Singapore, as part of our ongoing engagement to strengthen capability development and future readiness of the profession.    💭 Speaking to over 20 students and academia at Curtin Singapore, Prof Pinto shared insights on The Future of Accounting – Transformation of the Profession, highlighting how AI fluency and digital adaptability will be critical enablers for career resilience.     🏔️ With the Tax Academy of Singapore, we reaffirmed our strategic partnership in offering high-quality professional development and explored innovative initiatives to strengthen capability building across the tax and finance ecosystem.     ☕ We also hosted an intimate session with Prof Pinto and over 20 student ambassadors from public and private universities, expanding interest and opportunities for the students’ progression into the profession.     The day concluded with an enchanting evening celebrating 140 years of CPA Australia, as over 100 members and student ambassadors gathered for a dinner reception at the Singapore office in a nod to our longstanding legacy and contributions to the profession. Across the evening, attendees heard more about our distinguished history from Prof Pinto and Greg Unsworth FCPA (Aust.), Singapore Divisional President; and stories of inspiration from Haryane Mustajab FCPA (Aust.), Chief Operating Officer and Head of Finance, Bird & Bird; and Samuel Lim CPA (Aust.), Founder and Partner, Lyndwood & Lyndwood.     🎉 A big thank you to everyone who joined us and contributed to making the evening special – your energy and enthusiasm continue to inspire us. More events are coming your way, check out the full line up here 👉🏼 https://lnkd.in/gUSeDkkk
