We gave our IWD interns a month and they gave us a reason to extend it. On International Women's Day, we launched a campaign to give back to the next generation of women. Grace Ishola, Gold Usoro, and Funmilayo Oyeniyi earned their place and walked into Cowrywise expecting to observe. What happened instead was that Grace got an investment analysis approved. Gold figured out that great legal minds don't just understand regulations, they understand the business behind them. Funmilayo learned how products at scale actually come to life. A month later, we weren't ready to say goodbye, so we didn't. And somewhere in between, Funmi turned a big age at her desk, and Gold got her red scroll and became our double first class queen.
