Meet Grace Ishola… our IWD intern who’s already sees herself as a leader and a manager 😌 Grace studied Business Administration and graduated with a first class, but her mind for business, organisation and finance didn’t start in the classroom. She’s always been drawn to planning, organising, and making decisions. She's the kind of person who naturally steps into leadership, whether in school, work, or anywhere she finds herself. So when it came to choosing a path, portfolio management just made sense as it utilises all the things that comes naturally to her. She’s interested in building and managing wealth, creating financial plans, and making investment decisions that help people. When she heard Cowrywise was a great place to grow, she locked in and went for it. Now that she’s here, the bar has been raised. In her words, every day feels like growth. Every day feels like progress. Every day comes with a kind of excitement that’s shaping her into the future she’s always envisioned. What stands out the most about Grace is, she doesn’t want success for herself alone. She wants to build a life that impacts others, through her work, her decisions, and the people she leads. Outside of work Grace loveeees rice & beans with fish stew, and lives by: “Rejoice in the Lord always, again I say rejoice.” Grace is intentional. She’s driven. And she’s just getting started.
