Unlocking the Next Generation of #SmartTextiles ✨ FILK Freiberg Institute gGmbH and Optotransmitter-Umweltschutz-Technologie e.V. have developed a new way to freely distribute LEDs and sensors across textile surfaces by using a flexible, conductive film based on our polyurethane (PU) dispersions. This material innovation directly translates into new applications for smart textiles – including a sensor-controlled bodysuit for newborn jaundice therapy.
