We rely on our phones for everything these day 📱. Missed flights, lost luggage, unexpected events… our first instinct is to reach for our phone and call for help. But travel disruptions and emergencies don’t always happen in place with great mobile coverage or affordable call rates. To make emergency assistance more accessible to travellers, we’ve introduced a new voice over internet protocol (VoIP) feature on our app that allows users to call us via Wi-Fi or mobile data.
