We're hiring a Head of Strategy & Finance at Good Inside. This is the person who owns the operating system behind our growth — helping shape the vision and making sure we actually get there. Deeply cross-functional, sitting at the intersection of strategy, operations, and financial leadership. Who we're looking for: someone who started in consulting (Bain, McKinsey, BCG, or similar) or investment banking, and then took that toolkit into an operating role — startup or big company, finance, strategy, biz ops, some combo.
