Women can be the architects of peace.   At the Council of Europe’s Gender Equality Conference in Strasbourg, experts from across sectors called for stronger participation of women in conflict resolution and post-conflict recovery.   👉 The message is clear: peace cannot be lasting if it excludes women.   Despite strong evidence that women’s involvement leads to more inclusive and durable peace agreements, barriers such as discrimination, sexism, and gender-based violence still limit their participation. https://lnkd.in/edbpTHkg
