When trust becomes stronger than stereotypes, change begins. In the Republic of Moldova, Roma community mediator Elena Radița is helping build a bridge between Roma families and the police, one conversation at a time. Today, Roma leaders, mediators, civil society and police representatives are sitting at the same table, listening, learning and working together to ensure a better access to justice for Roma people.
